Shipping Policy

We send items Worldwide .

The details are listed in each item section so please read carefully before order.

There is some countries that Japan post does not deliver but we always try and find a way to work on this and we always notify our customers of possible issue with their shipping.

Furthermore please keep in mind that most items are with no additional shipping cost. Your order package is send as simple post free of charge.

If you want track code shipping it will have to be charged extra.

So please remember to request it in your order mail or note it to us when you get our first answer / contact mail.

S.T.K.M is not responsible if postal office delays or loose the item.But in that case contact us and we will try solve this matter.

Return policy of your purchased item

We always give a 4 days before ship your item,in case the customer change their opinion.

This means that in the follow 4 days of your payment, if you change your opinion, please contact us to refund your payment in best possible way.

If item arrives damaged please notify us immediately.
